Wi-fi não funciona, mas localização ótima

Não tem wi-fi, nem controle da televisão! A localização é excelente e o apartamento ótimo, com chuveiro maravilhoso, a cama também muito boa, porém o wi-fi não funciona e ao entrar em contato com o 360, queriam que o técnico fosse lá, muito complicado.

Apartamento bom, mas precisa melhorar na manutençã

O apartamento é muito bom, mas encontramos algumas dificuldades: serve para 3 pessoas, no entanto não tem roupa de cama para a pessoa que dormiu no sofá; só tem copos e canecas para 2 pessoas; não tem talheres, só uma faca e 1 colher; a cafeteira liga, mas não funciona; o banheiro precisa de uma higienização nas paredes por conta de mofo e a fechadura do quarto fica saindo o trinco - pode deixar alguém preso.

Experiência de hospedagem ruim.

O apto é bom, assim como está nas fotos. A localização é centro de sp e todos nós sabemos oq sp vem enfrentando. Mas não tive risco nenhum ao sair na rua. O apto não possui estrutura e recursos para 3 pessoas. O sofá cama da sala é muito ruim, super desconfortável. Tenho 1,73 e meu pé ficou pra fora. Não tem como dormir lá. Fora que tinha somente: 2 toalhas (ou seja uma das 3 pessoas que foram ficou sem); somente 1 lençol e 1 cobertor (que foi usado para as 2 pessoas da cama de casal). Eu fiquei na sala e passei muito frio a noite. Além disso, tem toda uma explicação sobre as regras do apto, mas quando chegamos a fechadura da porta estava (conforme na foto). Ou seja, existe uma regra e não é cumprida. Achei os proprietários bem desesperados para receber pessoas no apto. Por fim, a comunicação para tentarmos resolver esses probleminhas não deu certo. Desde sexta-feira questionando via plataforma do hotéis.com e ninguém retornou. Não comprem comida no mercadinho, compramos um pão de forma e o mesmo estava seco e duro. Deveria estar lá a muito tempo.

check-in demorou mais do que o esperado por que não mandaram o e-mail 24 horas antes assim como dizem na reserva. acho que o processo poderia ter sido mais ágil e agradável, caso as informações tivessem chegado antes. mas fora isso, tudo certo. a coberta estava bem gasta e velha também, se for em dias frios melhor levar coberta extra. sofá estava no chão sem os pés. enfim, boa estadia pelo preço.
