It is always great to stay at the Charlie properties. This particular one lacks curtains in the balcony, what would reduce the heat, and more powerful ACs, as the best place to remotely work in the apartment is the balcony. Besides it, amazing stay! Great communication.

Terrible

Overall a bad experience, starting with the automated chatbot service, which is terrible and gives zero trust in the pre-checkin phase. I was so insecure about arriving after hours and not being able to get in in the middle of the night, that I paid for a night in a hotel before checking in the next morning. But the worst was yet to come. Although the apartment has a great location and is in a high-end building, the dirt, the lack of basic maintenance and the lack of attention to detail, was scary. Disgusting.

Levaram quase 3 horas pra liberarem o apartamento para o check-in, e a justificativa era que o time de limpeza ainda estava realizando a higienização do apartamento, que durou 2h55. O check-in era às 15h, liberaram era quase 18h. Entrei em contato com a plataforma da Charlie, e sempre me davam desculpas, dizendo que havia um atraso, que a previsão eram 20 minutos (que durou 1h30). Depois outra desculpa, e outra.. Quando eu mandei mensagem que queria o cancelamento, resolveram liberar na mesma hora!Além disso, a região está super perigosa e presenciei dois assaltos a mão armada, em frente ao prédio. Não recomendo este Charlie sob hipótese alguma!

Razoável

Tive problema com a fechadura e a senha por duas vezes. Na segunda, quase perco o voo por nao conseguir entrar e ter dificuldade no atendimento pelo wapp. Faltou secador de cabelo tambem no apto. A facial deve ser cadastrada no edifício pelo proprio Charlie. Preciso cadastrar uma vez pelo app e novamente quando chega no apto.

A comunicação do Charlie é extremamente confusa antes do check in. Você envia a documentação e recebe várias comunicações solicitando o envio, algo fácil de se resolver, mas já passei por isso em uma reserva antiga e aconteceu a mesma coisa. Falando em check in, nada seguro ficar na frente do prédio aguardando a portaria, fora que o som de carros na rua atrapalha ouvir o que o porteiro está solicitando. O apartamento que fiquei era próximo ao elevador e o som do mesmo era ben alto. Não sei se o som do elevador é uma questão de acessibilidade, se não for, acho desnecessário existir, ou pelo menos deveria não ser tão alto assim.

O que me chamou a atenção na propriedade foram os cômodos separados, a existência de um lavabo e área de serviço privada com uma lava e seca. Uma excelente opção para quem vai de dupla e gosta de privacidade. Nesse apt da para ficar assistindo tv ou trabalhando na sala enquanto a outra pessoa dorme sossegada. Acho só que os acabamentos já estavam um pouco desatualizados e bem gastos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.

Excelente localização, mas precisa de manutenção!

O apartamento é em um excelente prédio (área de lazer com piscina e uma ótima academia), além de ser numa ótima localização. Apartamento com uma linda vista da varanda e num andar bom tbm. Com relação ao cuidado, limpeza e manutenção do mesmo está beeeeeeeem a desejar - muito mal cuidado: - limpeza muito a desejar (tem sujeira - poeira, para todo canto que se olha); - banheiros fedem; - roupas de cama encardidas; - filtro do purificador a ser trocado (luz vermelha acessa com essa informação); - ar-condicionado sujo; - sofá precisando de uma limpeza urgente; - TV a cabo não funciona, apesar de três aparelhos; Sugiro trocarem quem faz limpeza e manutenção de lá - até a planta da sacada está morrendo por falta de cuidado.

As propriedades do Charlie são usualmente novas, mas eles pecam muito na manutenção. Tive que mudar de quarto de madrugada porque no que eu estava o banheiro estava com o chuveiro entupido e alagando, cadeira quebrada e TV quase caindo. No novo quarto alguns utensílios também sem manutenção e sabonete/shampoo de pessima qualidade…

ANUNCIO FALSO

Viajo mucho a São Paulo por trabajo. Y puedo afirmar que esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en años arrendando departamentos. No confíen en este anuncio. No solo las fotos no corresponden al apartamento que luego te entregan (en las fotos se ve que tiene orientación a la Av. JK y una altura de un 18° y el que te entregan es un nivel mucho más bajo orientado a las traseras del edificio) sino que además ante la reclamación por publicidad engañosa el equipo de CHARLIE, sencillamente, se lava las manos. Una verdadera vergüenza. Añadir que el check-in era a las 15:00h y estuve 1h30 hasta que alguien decidió responderme por whatsapp para darme las coordenadas de acceso al apartamento. Por último los acabados y la limpieza del mismo dejaban muchísimo que desear. La cama con cabellos y la puerta del baño sin pomo e inflada por la humedad de la ducha, entre otras cosas. Espero este comentario sirva para que otras personas no sean estafadas. Saludos,
