Those rooms have a major problem. The windows are so fragile the noise and the cold temperature cross . The bathroom windows make you fell extremely uncomfortable. About employers they are the best, they really love their job and make everything with care. 1000 points to the employees and 0 to the owner of this hotel so many years and did not fix this problem.

Minha hospedagem era de três dias, porém só fiquei neste hotel das 23hs do dias 13/05/2026 às 7hs do dias 14/05/2026. Ao chegar, na recepção estava somente um atendente. Tivemos que esperar por 30 minutos para ser atendido e ainda com fedor de cigarro. Restava apenas o quarto 402, com chave física e não tinha a reserva nos períodos da noite. O quarto era terrível. Tudo muito velho. Toalhas extremamante velhas e o banheiro é o pior espaço do quarto. Sem toalha de rosto e suporte no box para o material higiênico. O pior é que o banheiro tem uma janela em toda a sua extensão, sem vedação térmica e acústica para a área externa. Da mesma forma acontece com a porta. De vidro e espaços na parte superior e inferior, ou seja, tudo passa para o quarto. Não conseguimos entrar na área do café porque o cheiro era desagradável e este cheiro sentia-se desde o elevador.

Muuuuuuito barulhento, as janelas são finas não tem bloqueio de som, como é enfrente a uma avenida, parece que os carros estão passando dentro do quarto. Ainda tem varios bares na frente, super barulhentos. E O café da manha é bom.

Hotel com quarto antigo. Café da manhã bem básico. De forma geral achei razoável. Fiquei no quarto que ficava em uma localização com pouco barulho mas quem fica nos quartos que ficam virados para a rua dos bares deve ser complicado. Um ponto positivo é a localização perto do metrô Mackenzie linha amarela.

Quarto limpo e cama confortável. No entanto, muito barulho para dormir, por conta do hotel está próximo da Rua da Consolação e muitos barulhos dos bares ao redor do hotel, porém o hotel está em uma boa localização.
