"In need of renovation. Stained carpets and worn down bathrooms. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast is the biggest downfall. During 3 day stay the same 2 hot options were provided. No variety. Found pieces of egg shell in scrambled eggs, pieces of aluminium in fried bacon. "

"I had an important zoom meeting and I requested that the internet connection be fixed. Nobody answered my request! Very disappointing service. And when I ask at the reception nobody knows or maybe not interested in helping the client. First and last time"

"To start the transportation/transfer from and to the airport was good (on time, and from the exact location mentioned). The receptionists were accommodating to an early check-in at 11:40 am (on a Sunday). The room was spacious. The A/C worked fine. Cleanliness was not bad. I stayed in room 2108 and the internet was horrible. It worked when I checked in until around 6:50 p.m then it never worked again in the room. I called down to reception to inform and they said they’d look into it but nothing...
