Comfortable and quaint

Service was great, the hotel is a little old school buy very clean and nice. Good size room and comfortable amenities. The bed was a little too firm, but that is up to personal preference.

The location is good, near the arcade shopping street. The rooms (especially the bathroom and the room's door lock) need a refresh job, it shows its intense past use. The check-in process is a little unusual, go to the counter, then go to a machine to pay, but have to go to the counter with staff to get a breakfast ticket and pay there. The breakfast is ok. The drinks available upon check-in are appreciated. The staff cannot speak English, although it seems many customers are foreigners, and thus because of the difficulty to communicate, it seems to take a long time and a line forms at the check-in counter.

お安いお値段で宿泊できましたのでまたこれぐらいで泊まれるのでしたら利用したく思います。 フロントのスタッフさんより室内清掃のスタッフさんの方が気持ちの良い挨拶だったのが印象的。

全然普通

コストと同比だと感じました。 特別悪いこともなく。 物凄く細かい事を申し上げるのであればですが、乾燥気味ですので各階にウォーターサーバーなどあると喜ばれるかも。 コスト落とすのであればそもそも各階にあるのか不明瞭ではあるが自動販売機の値段設定込みで買う人はあまり居ないのでは？(近隣にセブンイレブンがあるので) まぁ自動販売機は契約年数があるから仕方ないのかもですが。
