It's really convenient for Chitose station (to Sapporo or the airport) and there's a decent amount of room in the unit itself. It's a bonus to have a washing machine and room to dry them. The Aeon supermarket and restaurants are close by. That's not to say it's perfect: (a) The road outside is quite noisy and the double glazing doesn't work well, (b) there's insufficient storage to hang clothes, and (c) having the hand sink next to the kitchen sink (and kitchen unit) is a strange one. However, all things considered, it was a good choice and there was minimal friction checking in and out.

It is conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and other everyday services, making it easy to get around and access necessities. The studio-style room is clean, comfortable, and well equipped for an extended stay. The amenities provided are practical, and the space is functional for daily living. One area for improvement is the workspace setup. The room includes a low coffee table and sofa but does not have a standard desk and chair. Adding a proper desk would make the room more versatile and comfortable for a wider range of activities. Another welcome enhancement would be more flexible checkout options when available. Overall, this is a convenient and comfortable accommodation with a great location. A dedicated desk and greater checkout flexibility would make the experience even better.
