I was in Sapporo for the snow festival, the hotel is located near odori park some easy to walk to odori station. The hotel is nice the Japanese bath is clean and spacious

Nice room and spa pool. But taxi service was terrible since they sent a small cab to fit 4 of us and our luggages bags even we already informed them we needed a big van.

the hotel is of good value of money. it is at the end of the main tourist road so easy to walk to anywhere. breakfast was lovely and delicious. we love the public hot bath too.

Just one block from Tanukikoji Shopping Street

We are traveling with our 2 teenagers, the room is very spacious for all four of us (with the biggest bathroom and walk-in wardrobe!) and it's in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.

This is a great hotel. It is listed as a three-star but I think it can be considered as a four star. The room is more spacious with separate bathtub and toilet, very very clean. The hot tub on the 9th floor is also quite nice. The location is by Sapporo Central with busy nightlife. The hotel is very quiet and guests are very respectful. Helpful staff.

My time at this hotel was great, room was good and bed comfortable, location was great as able to walk everywhere I wanted to go especially to see the ice and snow sculptures at the Sapporo snow festival. I absolutely loved everything as I love winter and snow scenes.

Great location- near city center but not right in the heat of the action (cuts down on city noise/lights). 7-11 just across the street and only about 1.5 blocks away from the famous Tanukikoji shopping/dining street. Room was decently spacious. Only downside was that we weren’t allowed in the onsen due to tattoos (typical in Japan), but again this would’ve been nice to know prior to arriving.
