Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Sarajevo zu erkunden – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst wirkt allerdings stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden. "Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room and bathroom large and comfortebole. Breakfast good and varius. The location of hotel is far from the hold part of the city but the bus stop is very close as the bus stop to arrive near the airport. "

"Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!"

It was reasonably priced, and all our clothes came back promptly, clean and nicely folded. It was a real treat since we were traveling for several days out of two carry-on sized suitcases. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. "
