"The condo was great. Clean, neighborhood was clean and safe. Was walking distance to the beach. Less than 10 min walk from the condo to the water. Kitchen well equipped. Property has a washer and dryer in common area. But you need quarters. There were 5 of us. It was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. Near walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Short drive to anything else you need. I would stay here again. "

"Spacious unit. Easy walk to beach but a bit too far to walk into town especially when hot. The building itself is not much to look at but the unit was okay. While very clean, and well equipped, it’s definitely a budget friendly unit. The mattress was really poor quality. The patio area was okay but keep in mind you’re sharing it with other guests. Easy dedicated parking. We had a second floor unit and the stairs are very steep when trying to lug a big bag. Overall though it is a decent unit....

"Wonderful stay indeed! We chose to stay here because of the close proximity to the beach & it was very well appointed! Our family enjoyed the quiet, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of room for our family of three to stretch out and relax. After days full of enjoying the many fun outdoor activities Siesta Key has to offer, this was the perfect temperature-controlled haven to rest up and rejuvenate for the next day.
