"Been coming to this hotel for the past 6 urs. Sometimes more than once a yr. And this is my last time . Due to a security of the hotel who works at night called Will. According to Will, we couldn’t be outside of the hotel room past 10 pm. If so, we would have to go to the beach or local bar to talk. I went on those vacation to spend time with my family, not to go get drunk at a bar. Or having to go talk at the beach with small children where it was really dark at that time of the night. He even called us un responsable parents. Very disrespectful . Also he stereotyped is saying “you should go back to miami to party instead of coming here”. When he doesn’t even know where we were from. He would chase us. Even when we were seating at our front porch . He threatened us bu saying he was calling the police. Even kicking us out of the property if we wouldn’t go inside the room. He even said, if we don’t come back to the hotel, he was going to get paid the same, and other people would still come. This was a really bad experience. All I wanted to do was going back home the same day. And this is why im not coming back to Tropical Beach Resorts."
