The deluxe AC room has a comfortable king bed, good reverse cycle Air-conditioning unit as well as ceiling fan, bar fridge, stainless steel electric kettle, flat screen TV, premium quality linen, quilts and towels, and good Tata Tetley teabags and instant coffee with creamer and sugar is provided. "Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on...

"I stopped over for 1 night en route to Varkala Beach. The hotel is very clean, the King Suite is very spacious. Rooftop bar and restaurant thoroughly recommended. Would stay again."

"The hotel had no food or amenities. Did not even have a breakfast of any kind. I have never been to such a hotel. "

"We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. "
