"It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. "Lovely resort tucked away in the Tuscan hills. My only regret was not staying longer because one night was definitely not enough. The estate is maintained beautifully and the concierge staff is wonderful. Rooms were small and nicely decorated. Our room had a gorgeous and expansive patio. Amenities are lovely (pool, spa, tennis courts, etc). The restaurant staff was very odd, though. Food was great- we had dinner and breakfast there. But the staff at both was super strange, I don't really know...
