Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer.

What a difference a day makes

When we arrived I was not on the best as there speared to be little snow,the room was too small and dark. They provided a lamp. The following day we skied the staff were great the bar and lounge perfect with great singer. I have decided to take my family back as is in a perfect position. The garden rooms need a light apart from that Great Hotel.

Un albergo 4 stelle a 270 euro a notte che non ti sistema stanza dopo 7 ore di assenza salla stanza. Bagno vuoto senza vanity set. Neanche la macchina del caffe.

La struttura è gradevole e bella la locationo. Sul servizio meglio sorvolare . Avevamo la mezza pensione e ci hanno servito cibo chiaramente scaldato nel microonde e in parte freddo. Il personale era poco istruito e goffo nelle modalità con cui si muoveva. Infine, ed è la cosa peggiore, abbiamo scelto la strttura perchè aveva la spa ma ne sulle condizioni di acquisto ne alla reception dell'Hotel ci hanno detto che era a pagamento (50€). Quando abbiamo fatto notare la cosa ci hanno detto che era una novità e che non era riportata su Expedia.ma non si sono posti il problema ne di scusarsi ne di fare un gesto riparatore di qualsiasi natura. In trentino un acosa cosi non è neanche concepibile anch ein strtture con meno stelle

Fantastic hotel!

Great hotel, the service was truly outstanding and all staff were friendly, personal and gave us all fantastic attention. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable beds. Facility is great, the wine collection is world class and breakfast and food at the restaurant fantastic. Can strongly recommend this hotel.

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk service!

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk service och vänlig personal. Bra mat och underbar panaromautsikt över bergen. Firade min 50-årsdag på hotellet med arrangerad middag i den fina vinkällaren. En liten bit till liften men bra shuttel service. Rekommenderas!!

la parte più bella dell’albergo è sicuramente la hall e la zona ristorante, tutta in legno e pietra che crea una bella atmosfera. Da rivedere sicuramente le camere e soprattutto i bagni che dovrebbero essere assolutamente ristrutturati, non sono all’altezza di un albergo a 4 stelle. Il personale è volenteroso ma non tutti i suoi componenti all’altezza di un 4 stelle .. Da rilevare che le camere vicino all’ascensore sono parecchio rumorose .. ogni volta che viene usato l’ascensore si sente un rumore molto fastidioso ... Il costo nel complesso è esagerato per il servizio offerto.

6 jours en famille à 4 dans cet hôtel. Beaucoup de déceptions: accueil impersonnel, pas de possibilité d'avoir des renseignements sur la station, restaurant le soir cher et avec une cuisine totalement quelconque, chambres TRES petites, vieillottes, à peine éclairées, ne correspondent pas au photos du site, tout à fait inadmissibles pour un hotel 4 étoiles. Quelques bons points: situation proche du centre et donc de vrais restaurants (ouf, pour éviter celui de l'hotel) nombreux avec de bonnes surprises, le petit déjeuner acceptable, la vue pendant celui-ci, le service navette gratuit pour rejoindre les pistes pourtant toutes proches, Nous n'avons pas essayé le spa

Très loin de valoir son prix...

Joli petit village, hôtel très beau à l'entrée, un endroit de relaxation magnifique, spa, hamam, sauna, qu'il faudra quand même payer en supplément. Un personnel pas très agréable, voir pas du tout pour le serveur. Nous avons même suspecté qu'il soit rentré dans notre chambre à un moment où il n'avait rien à y faire. Un soir en rentrant après une sortie, nous avons retrouvé son odeur de parfum très forte dans notre chambre?!? Plus que déstabilisant. En sachant qu'il voulait que nous laissions les clés à l'accueil quand nous partions. Nous avons aussi retrouvé une bouteille d'eau sur le rebord de notre fenêtre un matin, alors que nous dormions la fenetre ouverte… il n'y avait pas de clim. Obligé de faire la douche à genoux car le tuyau était trop court… Du coup très loin de valoir 4 étoiles… Nous avons été stressé tout le séjour, en se sentant épié. Et il est bien évident que je ne le conseille pas et que nous n'y retournerons jamais.

Ho trascorso un week end con la famiglia ed i due nostri cani. Prima della prenotazione ho telefonato per chiedere se accettassero animali è relativo supplemento. Risposta positiva e supplemento di 40€. Anche se eccessivo ho accettato ed ho prenotato una camera di livello superiore con balcone. Alla partenza mi hanno addebitato il doppio, ovvero 80€, dicendomi di aver praticato un prezzo di favore...... Non ci sono i prezzi dei piatti sul menù al tavolo (altra sorpresa alla partenza...). Non sono citati i supplementi per uso di palestra e piscina durante la prenotazione è pari a 10 € per persona (normalmente sono gratuiti in altre strutture) Si vede che la struttura era adibita in precedenza ad altri usi per la presenza di cartelli su ingresso secondario e su alcune vetrate (colonia di noto gruppo industriale) ed il livello a mio parere non corrisponde a quello assegnato Peccato perché la posizione è ottima, ha parcheggio privato ed è vicino al centro ed agli impianti di risalita

Hotel was nice in a scenic location. We stayed for 1 night stop over in the summer season so was nice and quiet. The breakfast was small and not much choice. The only other thing was there was no air conditioning in the room as it was very hot in the summer months
