"We were disappointed that the pool was closed because it “wasn’t summer” the last weekend of May. Had we known that prior to booking, we would have booked elsewhere as we were traveling with a group of kids who were excited about the pool. I was unaware that the rooms are only refreshed every other day. I certainly will never book with a courtyard Marriott again for that reason alone. Paying $250 a night and not getting clean towels delivered or the room freshened up is crazy. There are too...

"Be aware the property is under construction. The smell of construction is overwhelming at times. Otherwise the location, staff, and breakfast were amazing! Will definitely stay here again."

"Staff very rude, renovations happening, most rooms given to construction crew who were working and staying on-site. Older guests and business guests asked to climb multiple flights of steps without regard to heat or physical abilities. Very poor planning by management."

"Checked in and knew I was in trouble when a big chunk of flooring was missing in the elevator. Got into the dark, dingy, just bad room with a 10in tv on the wall, and immediately booked a room at another hotel. Stayed here for all of about 4 mins. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Money wasted. USE CAUTION"

"The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot."

"The room Had mold in it, there were stains on the chair. The air conditioner didn’t work. The shampoo and conditioner bottles that were provided were empty. The breakfast that was promoted was actually furthest from it. Not only that Expedia says that pool is open and it’s actually closed. It’s used for extended stay and you need to make sure you lock your car doors. Lastly there is an extreme odor in the rooms."

"Multiple broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Front desk staff acted unprofessional on multiple instances. One of the long term guests has cats, and the odor of cat urine pervades adjoining rooms"

"For the price, it was very good. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice location, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I wouldn't have an issue staying there again."
