"There are a lot of little things wrong like washing machine broken, hot water not in all showers but the staff are very helpful and the location to everywhere regardless of how you are travelling is fabulous
If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs
I will file it under my cheap and cheerful category for future reference

"The booking agency got our phone number wrong and we arrived late, but the staff helped us out despite arriving at 9pm. They had the room ready for us and were expecting our call.

"Start with parking - terrible experience as there was very limited parking as like two spots available if you are lucky as the rest is taken up by residents then you went out to an open unsealed carpark that at night was up a hill and uneven and not lit up at night.
