"The property location was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We had some issues at check in with rooms not being ready but they were very nice about it and refunded some of our resort fees! Our air conditioning in the room didn’t work and we didnt realize we could have opened the window! No screens on them though. We were able to change rooms after the first night! The lobby, bar and all staff was nice and welcoming! The Parisien cafe located in the hotel is amazing! Food is delicious! Overall it was a good place to stay and i would book it again. Just dont unpack til you know your air works if you like a cold room to sleep in! "
