"This was the best hostel we stayed in during our month long trip. We stayed in a four bed dorm with en-suite only for one night. The beds were spacious, there was AC, curtains covered the entire bed, shower was awesome. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"This hotel is conveniently located in front of the Brussels midi station. You can hop on the train/metro within 2 minutes walking distance. It made it extremely easy to explore Brussels as a first time visitor. They offer laundry services for free, felt extremely safe because you need a hotel room key to access anything inside (ex: the elevator, the bathrooms) In addition, the breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Different foods & drinks were provided and it was included. They even have storage lockers if needed if you would like to continue exploring Brussels after checking out of your room. I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"I had a nice view of the city. The flip side is that it can get noisy because it is in the very center. The kitchen was great with everything needed for cooking. There is no AC, but fans are provided. I would stay there again. Be careful that there are 2 different Citadines and taxi driver took us to the wrong one."

"Hotel was fit for purpose, reflecting what we paid per night. Outside of their control is the young men smoking weed, hanging out as vagrant outside of hotel all day. Security guard was presbet which was great but not good feeling for family of four, having to walk through these clowns every day to go anywhere. Its an up and coming neighborhood being revitalized, you get what you get."

"Clean and spacious room for our family. Location wasn't superb due to locating in areas where people smoke all the time and streets were dirty with rubbish but it wasn't hotel's fault. Stylish and nice lounge where travellers can take a good rest and read. Shower floor was slippery with no handles. My toddler has fallen down while having shower even with our assistance within the shower area. Luckily he wasn't hurt. Might be better to add anti slip mat for all rooms."

"I was impressed by the quality of the hotel/room considering how affordable it was. Located in a great area, walking distance to lots of great restaurants/bars/shopping etc The staff were all extremely hospitable and the room was decently maintained. I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the plaza which was an added bonus."
