The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone

I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. We had a lovely time in Zandvoort. The hotel was in a perfect location; next to the beach, near the centre parc activities, 5 min walk to train station, a walk to the centre and near the F1. The room was spacious and clean. There was lots of choice at breakfast. All staff we spoke to were friendly. Having the centre parc activities, meant that our child was never bored. We enjoyed much there was to offer like the swimming pool, mini golf, bike gire, mini football pitch. Trains ran every 30 mins...

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. There's a fair few choices between hotels in Haarlem. While I can't compare to any others, I can wholeheartedly recommend Carlton Square. If you're not familiar with Haarlem and are looking at Carlton Square's location on a map, it looks to be somewhat outside the city centre. But don't be fooled! I stayed here for the Amsterdam marathon and the hotel was extremely helpful in every way. Service was fantastic and the hotel was very clean and well presented. Food was great and perfectly set up for marathon runners. It seemed they went the extra mile for everyone. I’d love to stay here again!

From checking in to checking out everything perfect. The buffet was amazing, 2 hours all inclusive for €39 pp, free flow wine, beer and soft drinks. Breakfast buffet also very good. Tour around Boeing 747 for €3 pp well worth it. Would definitely stay again.
