"Friendly and helpful staff"

"Very clean, modern hotel near the airport. Elevator easily handled two people and large suitcases. Room was lively with coffee and tea. Heat and AC controls in room. I stayed one day and night. Dropped off suitcases early and took a cab back to Florence. Neighborhood was ok enough but not where you would spend a day. Several walkable restaurants but they dont open till 7 or 730 for dinner. Settled on Tito's. Delicious. "

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "The staff was amazing, and the breakfast top tier. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, there were also plenty of close restaurants and only about an hour walk from the city center. Stayed for 10 days, would definitely stay again!"

Wish the site mentioned the pool was closed for maintenance (which was the main reason I booked the property) but I still got to enjoy laying in the sun on the rooftop. "Very big nice room, pretty grounds, plenty of parking!! there’s a shuttle in to the city which is quite practical. Pool was under renovation while we were there, breakfast was good, staff is super polite and helpful. Honestly a much better experience than other hotels we stayed at in the region for a more expensive price. Pleasantly surprised with our experience here "
