"What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children. "The room was ok but I thought for the price the bathroom would be cleaner. My stay overall was ok at best. The walls all down the hallway were dirty, holes in the carpet. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the tv as if I was in the room next to me. Luckily the staff moved my room for the second day and it was a lot better. If you are expecting breakfast, don't. There was cereal and bread but that's about it, no protein at all. I guess this is what I should have expected from a Days Inn but...

"The washroom tub moulding/grout was black (mold?) It needs to be redone. The smell of cigarettes filled the bathroom and balcony/window area when the person below started smoking in their room."

"Staff was terrible I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom. I was very disappointed."

"The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt...

"The grounds were nicely kept. The staff were polite and responsive. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00, we arrived at 3:30 and still had to wait for our room to be ready. We brought our dog with us. The pet friendly rooms were near the door and every time someone brought their dog out the door slammed shut, causing our door to shake. We discovered the floor was very dirty when we noticed the bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on it barefoot. We called and they did send staff to mop...
