"The hotel was really nice and super clean. Room was so comfortable! After driving all day across 2 states, my husband, my daughter and I checked in at 1am. We were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. We were greeted with an extremely rude attitude by the front desk man. Then our check in took entirely too long, as he was training a woman. He left us standing there, waiting for our keys as he broke down the entire check in process to the woman. I'm pretty sure I have the knowledge I need to check people in at the Comfort Inn now. Other than his poor customer service and lack of common courtesy, the hotel itself was great."
