"Property in great location, friendly/helpful reception staff and room clean. Was disappointed by lack of daylight in room. Room 124 faced out to a brick wall with industrial bins underneath. Room had a bit of a smell to it, perhaps from previous occupants. Noise from bar/club underneath until early hours. Neither of us found bed comfortable and along with the noise didn't sleep well at all."

"Lovely hotel, great location, room really nicely equipped and decorated. Easy check in/out process with staff on hand to assist if required. Small niggles were a loose toilet seat and pixelated tv channels but we were only there one night so didn’t impact our stay much, notified staff on check-out. Will likely stay again."

"Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the area is not great during the day and at night. The rooms are quite small, so great for a one or two night stay but no longer and for the price I would have expected proper cups for hot drinks and glassware and to have the tea caddy redone when the room was getting cleaned. On a positive note the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"The refrigerator in the rooms don’t work. This was confirmed by the maintenance workers. He told us and other guests that the refrigerators are not ventilated properly. The front desk takes responsibility for nothing. We would ask for directions and they sent us the wrong way every single time. At one time they turned what should have been a 10 minute walk into a 70 minute walk. The T.V. Remote went missing in my room. When I asked for another remote, I was told that was not their problem. The staff was of no help in any way."

"I checked in here for one night before leaving from the airport early the next day. Had a lovely room, with everything required in it. Had a nice meal with my cousin and we both enjoyed our food. Waiters/Bartenders were very nice and friendly. The receptionist was extremely helpful with all my questions regarding getting the the airport at 5.30 am. She advised me the best options. Wish I'd been there longer, great location and nice surroundings. I'll be back."

"My stay there was good and convenient for an event we were attending. I have some complaints. The shower was dangerous as the shower tray had a very slippery surface. This was dangerous. not just for me as an elderly person, but for anyone. The WC had no handrail so was also dangerous. You need to improve the accessibility of your rooms We had a nice evening meal but the breakfast food was not nice - it was obviously cheap and resembled hospital food, including the coffee. I was disappointed as I needed a good breakfast."
