"The room was filthy with literal dirt on the sheets and pillow case, hair and debris on the floor, mold/mildew in the shower. Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. "Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. "The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. She changed our rooms for us ( we wanted the top floor) and recommended restaurants and how to get there. They provided free snacks and waters and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were clean and equipped with a full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine!
