"The whole staff were absolutely amazing from management to the maintenance staff. No request was ignored and all was made whole in every situation.
I would like to add a property assessment suggestion. The smoking area designated at the front of the property away from "guest's " but the 1st thing people pulling up to see amd smell. "The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location."

"I give this hotel 5 stars ! Everything from the lobby to the room was absolutely cleaned and smelled so good. Lobby staff were helpful and friendly . The staff at the bar amazing! I enjoyed happy hour drinks and snacks ! Breast was probably the best ! Made to order omelets were delicious with so many options! The staff at the dinning room during breast were so friendly and cordial. They were cleaning tables as soon as guests got up. The room was great and enjoyed all the amenities. Thank you"
