Beautiful hotel with nice view and location. Rooms and pool were clean. Brrakfast was excellent. They need to increase staffing who serve breakfast. Highly recommended

Check-in was easy. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary snack and water. Room was spacious and clean. Free plentiful breakfast with many options. Beautiful view off the back patio with a fire pit at night.

Great location and price value, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast food was subpar and the mattress wasn’t great but the otherwise the facility is nice.

Good deal quality to price ratio
We were happily surprised by the very good conditions: clean, quiet, very good service by professional staff. The kitchenette makes it easy to dine in (we were there for a ski event).

One night trip to the Scranton / Dickson City area
A nice one night stay, room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Utilized the lobby to talk to old business associates and friends for an enjoyable evening.

Disappointing experience
We were shocked that a hotel with a 9.6 rating was this poor. Our room was very noisy: voices from guests in neighboring rooms and from the elevator continued well into the night, making a good night’s sleep difficult. The room smelled awful, so the front desk moved us to another room, which smelled not as bad (but not good). An average hotel that is simply not being well maintained.

My room was clean and had real crockery and utensils . The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was basic but everything was fresh and cooked well.

The property was great as usual. Upon arrival, there were some guests lingering and smoking in the parking lot. We did not feel safe entering the building as they reeked of "skunk" and seemed to be stumbling. The staff registered us easily and upon getting into our room, there was quite a few loud banging noises and we figured out it was coming from an exit door where someone kept entering and exiting our floor. I did not like that I got a cheaper rate going third party rather than booking directly with Hilton and getting rewards. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Wonderful aromatic smell of freshly-brewed coffee when you enter the hotel. The sitting lounge in front of check-in counter is inviting and relaxing, especially after a long day of driving. The 4th floor studio room is the icing on the cake. You must put this hotel on your itinerary for a Scranton visit!

Thank you for taking the time to rate out hotel. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the water main break that happened in a town near by us and was out of our control. It was no fault of the hotel. I see that you chose to cancel your reservation and that we waived the penalty fee for you due to the water main break so you could go elsewhere. We hope that you consider staying with us the next time you visit this area.

The hotel is easy to get to off 81. Pretty clean, but not as wonderful as last time. Food was better. Very disappointing to find out pet fee was $75!! Most places we have stayed are $25.

The property was very clean and seemed new. The only issue that was addressed right away was the AC in our first room. The staff took care of moving us and we couldn’t have had a better nights stay. Would recommend. The breakfast was delicious too. The kids loved the waffle maker. And they had almond milk for those who are nondairy. Margarita was wonderful. Thanks so much.
