Although it’s an older building and it’s obvious that it’s due for some upgrades, the customer service and convenience of this location was on point. From the moment we walked in, the manager/front desk agent was extremely friendly, so efficient, and very helpful getting us checked in. Other front desk reps were just as friendly and helpful. We honestly had some low expectations going into our stay considering we were just there for a tournament and were looking for a budget friendly place to stay on Broadway, but we’d honestly stay there again any time. The 24 hour pool/hot tub access for adults is genius, the rooms were very convenient and nice, and the location is hard to beat. We are really looking forward to their remodel and upgrades they make on the property.

They are in the middle of an extensive (and very badly needed) remodel. Pictures of the room felt like it had been remodeled but the room clearly hadn’t. Felt like we didn’t get a good value for what we paid. Wouldn’t recommend staying there (possibly after the remodel is complete). But I wouldn’t take that chance.

Staff was super friendly, the room and property itself was very clean. Despite there being construction the noise level was fine and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only “complaint” would be that the pool and hot tub seemed a bit murky and unappealing but it could be because it’s off season and not being used regularly.

Hotel under exterior construction. The inside is extremely dated and worn. Only 1 elevator working, ice machines broken, bathtub drained poorly. Although the bed was clean & fairly comfortable the rest of the room was bad. The carpet was well worn and appeared very dirty, the walls were dirty & had damage, the furniture was old and chipped, and the grill on the wall heater was damaged. The rooms have 1 concrete wall and the rest are very thin. It is noisy! You can easily hear conversations, etc in the surrounding rooms plus everything going on outside on the strip. It was also cold and damp. They spray the rooms with some type of deodorizing perfume that was awful, causing headache. We were told that the place has a new owner and they will eventually be updating. Staff were pleasant.

I have not seen this on any other review but beware you will hear EVERYTHING from the people in the rooms next you… we could hear them cough/talk/laugh the whole night. We were also in a room next to a stairwell and it was so loud all night long! Room was hot and stunk. It is a good location and the staff was nice. But the hotel was also under renovation which I was unaware of and so the elevator wasn’t working at all times.

The pool water looked a murky green. Fireplace was turned off and has been since our last stay which was three months ago, false advertising in the ads. Ice machine was out of order. After placing a do not disturb sign on the door our room was entered when we were out, someone had gone through our belongings. A man came to our door and asked us to open the door, not acknowledging who he was. On another note, Paige and Jennifer at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. However the GM, Randy was not friendly nor knowledgeable, he was suppose to contact us in reference to the above mentioned concerns but never did.

The staff were AMAZING and friendly. Very accommodating. The room we booked was one with a loft view, we were put in one without and then told “we are booked and had to move you” we were disappointed but, at the last second they found a room with a balcony and gave it to us. Still took several hours of our vacation to get it settled. Super grateful the updates to the rooms are happening because they are definitely dated. The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable.

The close proximity to the beach and shopping was nice. The staff, especially Bailey, were very friendly and helpful. The gas fireplace did not work in our room due to construction going on and the gas being shut off, it would have been nice to know that up front. We really were looking forward to the fireplace and the ocean. But we had a good stay overall, we took advantage of the kitchen, so we did not overspend on restaurants. The hotel is old and you can tell but they are renovating it right now. There of course was construction going on and it was a bit noisy during the day but expected.

I was not told prior to checking in the tvs were not in working order, there were no USB ports with which to charge my phone, there was widespread construction going that was not divulged and they refused to refund a nights reservation. No chance I will ever return.

Even though the property is under construction, we were not bothered by it at all! We loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.! We came for my fiance's birthday and the oceanfront room was just what we needed. We loved that it was pet friendly, close to the beach and all the fun of downtown Seaside. We had one small issue with the people smoking on their balcony next to us, but that was quickly resolved by the front desk staff. Thanks again guys!

They screwed up our billing & charged us a day early, our room was freezing cold, the faucet for the bathtub didn’t work, there was only cold water in the shower, & there was constant noise (banging , stomping, running) from the room above us. I tried to call the front desk to complain while it was happening & they never answered the phone. We ended up having to sleep in our car in order to get any sleep. Completely ruined my birthday weekend.
