"Used to be a great place.
Staff was ok. Kim was awesome.
During breakfast a teenage girl went to make waffles and the spout for the batter came off. Totally not the girls fault but the staff member sure made it seem that way.
Internet was almost unusable.
Locked out of room multiple times due to bad key? Every once in a while of leaving the room the electronic lock would beep about 7 times. Staff didn't know why.
2 TV remotes per room, one of which did nothing. Batteries on my...

"Clean, easy, no fuss hotel for few nights stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean with necessary amenities. Very close to the main road so was a bit nosy. Breakfast was a typical continental spread of staple breakfast items including fresh fruits, yogurt, milk etc. Ample parking spots available. Felt a safe family friendly hotel. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable! And super quiet even thought we faced the freeway. Really wish the hot tub had been open. And your breakfast was wonderful except or needs more protein options. Greek yogurt would go a long way! Your staff was nice enough to get me a hard boiled egg. It was very sweet of them! "

"Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking to save money, though Saturday rates felt a bit high for the lack of amenities. On the plus side, the place is very clean, smells fresh, and provides fresh towels. However, they are quite stingy with toiletries—only one sachet of shampoo and conditioner, and the soap was poor quality.
A bit of a red flag: the receptionist mentioned several times that drugs (specifically opioids) were prohibited, which made me feel like this might be a common issue...

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "
