"I can't complain about the room, it was nice overlooking the garden, and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was closed though for 3 of the 4 days I was there. Which wasn't great as there aren't really any other places to eat around there. one night I had to order a takeaway in which was quite expensive."

The room information discussed different pillow options, but when asking there were no other options available. The down pillows are nice but for someone who is allergic and needs a firmer pillow it would be nice to have options. "Please discuss in detail the breakfast charges, as I was charged double, once when booking and once when checking out! Moreover, the menu does not change it remains the same except for some spreads, so if you are planning to stay for a week, then don't sign up for breakfast .. Last but not the least wifi of the hotel keeps asking to sign up again and again, every time you leave the hotel and come back1 so that is a no-goer, and I had to shift to roaming! The TV in the room has very few channels...

"Hotel was clean, neat and quite pleasant. However, I specifically booked it as it had air conditioning. That is not the case, and a dreadful lie! We stayed during a hot spell in July. There is no control to activate the air conditioning. When I asked, the staff informed me that that it will only operate when the temperature outside is higher then 15 c. During the day, it became over 29 c, and no a/c. My room was so hot, my phone was unable to charge due to the heat. Spent 2 unbearable nights...
