"The ocean view was great, hotel was at the quiet side of the beach. Everything was great and as advertised except the parking was $10 a day (not bad but not stated on website)."

"Loved breakfast, did not love that the hot tub was cold the entire stay and that when asked the repair man said it works sometimes and walked away. It was the main reason we booked here. Also when we asked to speak to a manage due to an issue they told us there was no manager available and just stared until we walked away. Very strange. "

"We had a wonderful weekend. The location is great and there is plenty to do within walking distance. We did minigolf twice that was across the street. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and we loved having the option to walk out to the beach or just chill in the pool."

"Pro's: room was clean and smelled good, parking lot felt safe, good price compared to nearby competitors, dog friendly, on the beach. Potential areas of improvement: To sum it up, they need more staff, we waited ~20minutes at the front desk with 2 other families waiting to be checked in. It was after 4pm and the rooms weren't ready. When the gentlemen finally came to the front desk, it turned out he was trying to help catch up on laundry <3. "In general, it’s a bottom of the barrel option. But if you are on budget and not particular….its a room on the beach with a pool…..but if you can avoid it…try…."

Beach view was great just one problem we didn’t enjoy the balcony for 4 days that we stayed coz it smells marijuana and smoke from cigarettes we don’t smoke and we have a child too. We paid extra for balcony(beach view)that we didn’t enjoyed! But over all very good hotel i still gave 5 star! "

"Paid for an ocean view and ended up looking at the air conditioners. My wife stated that she noticed stains on the bed coverings but which she called ans was not addressed. I was charged $40 per day for 2 cars, which was excessive on top of that had to wait 20-30 minutes to get our cars. Paid $40 for overly cook small piece of salmon with 2 pieces of baby corn. When speaking with front desk manager was not helpful and really not seemed to be uninterested in addressing concerns. "

Dirty rooms food smashed all over the floor, leaking faucets, rusted safe and rust all on the floor tiny ants all over the bathroom dirty room filthy complained one time that manager laughed everything off because she was taking a trip and didn’t want to be bothered the last night a roach ran across the floor under the bed while I was sitting on the bed. "Great location. Spacious room. Didn’t realize when I booked this was a beach motel type of lodging so we missed having a private balcony but otherwise we felt like it was a good value for the money. "

"Extremely outdated and dirty. Pull out sofa mattress had yellow stains all over and my son potentially got bed bugs. You could feel dirt or maybe beach sand on the floor so we wore our shoes consistently. It has potential but needs to be fully renovated and maintained a whole lot better. The view would’ve been incredible if they weren’t having a torrential downpour. "
