"We stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean our room at all. Not one time did they come by, not even to exchange towels. We had to request someone to come up and clean all the bird poop off the balcony so we could actually enjoy it."

The rooms do look dated and the valet took forever to get our car because they brought to the wrong location first then they grabbed the wrong car and finally about 45 mins later we got our car. So that experience was crappy. But the bell guy Scott was a trooper in helping us move 3 times and very friendly."

"Was extremely rushed by valet parking. Accompany during the parking, just wanted to get you to commit to valet as soon as possible.... Can't even check in first. Unacceptable way to do this. ... Also when we first arrived.. My wife of thirty two years went into check us in.... And they made me come in. Has never happened in thirty two years.... Probably won't return to this hotel even though it was beautiful. The manager was supposed to call me to discuss my problems.Never did! They obviously don't care."

"My husband and I loved our weekend stay here!!! Very clean room and property, staff was very friendly and we were completely stress free all weekend! Sunday morning we had breakfast downstairs at Sessions and it was delicious. Then we got an umbrella and chair setup on the beach and we were relaxing all day!! We will be back soon"

"The room was very clean, check in and out was quick and easy the lady who checked us in was real nice and helpful. Pool was great open all night which was nice because after the first two days the pool was filled during the day. Pots and pans were in room so no need to buy kitchen items, very homey. Right on beach,no steps but access was adequate will stay again. Thank you to staff for a wonderful stay"

"This was our second time staying there. First was good enough to book again. This was our last visit. The good part is the large multi bedroom rooms and the 10 ft deep pool. Cons, the elevators. You feel like you are taking a risk on every ride. The hallways are narrow and difficult to move with the bell cart. This last visit they were doing construction on the north end. That is where they placed us. Based on how dead the place was there is no reason we could not have been placed on the end without construction. The location is also right next to a sketchy abandoned resort."
