"Hotel could use some updates, but everything was adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some loud people in the rooms next to us the first night well past 1 a.m. We told the staff the next day and they informed us that the people had been spoken to and that they had 2 complaints already and a third complaint would result in the guest's removal from the property. There wasn't an issued the 2nd nights."

"Great place to stay. You can literally pull in here, get your room, go swimming (outdoor pool), walk to evening meal (Bonanza steak house connected with a door that goes to Bonanza from Quality Inn), sleep then get up and go to Quality Inn provided breakfast (you could stay here 5 days and never have the same breakfast with so much they offer). This is very restful not having to drive around to get dinner and breakfast. Well kept property and friendly people."

"The bathroom door was broken and would not latch. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working so the room was humid. Someone had been smoking cannabis in the room before us. The mattress covers were stained. The ceiling had obvious water damage. Half the hotel is under construction (and not active construction). If you’re passing through and need somewhere cheap to sleep and shower this will do barely. I plan to ask for a full refund from the hotel chain. I will say that the hotel...

"Stayed 1 night. The 1st room we were assigned had a terrible smell to it. When I let management know he apologized and put us in another room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was also good. Rooms seemed to be updated but there was no place to hang your clothes. If we needed to stay in the area again we would choose the Relax Inn."
