"The staff was extremely friendly. We got there around 2am but still received a warm welcome. The room was great! The perfect size for my family. It was conveniently located to food and shopping. It was quiet and parking was good."
"This hotel is exceptional. You feel like you are at a resort instead of a hotel in the heart of the city. Staff is phenomenal. Amenities are incredible, two pools, one that has the view of the city, three hot tubs, and the breakfast options and the meal breaks they provide are nothing short of a resort style amenity. "My room was never cleaned by the staff not even the garbage was taken out. Linens or towels were changed, and having just one elevator makes it a heavy traffic during the weekend. Staff was polite."
