"Property is Ok, nice view from the balcony. The only complaint is about the noise: you can hear everything from your neighbors or when the cleaners cleaning their rooms. Also, it’s located on the street with night life, you can hear young teenagers singing songs up till 6 AM. "

"On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! The most disturbing thing was two tablets of ectasy were on the bed, unthinkable if young guests had thought they were sweets! "We loved everything. The staff, restaurants (especially at the pool and the specialty restaurant) were fantastic and the staff were wonderful! The pool area was wonderful! Only comment would be that the coffee pods do not get refilled when the room is made up each day which felt a little odd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay! "
