"La distribución de las “cúpulas” no es buena, pues realmente tu vista es a la cúpula de enfrente. El plástico “transparente” de la cúpula está “quemado y sucio” entonces no hay buena visibilidad de dentro hacia afuera (no es como que vas a ver las estrellas). No es un hotel, es más como un trato con un local. "Booked a king room with Hotels.com, when we arrived they said we had a two queen room and that’s the standard. After much back and forth I finally got my King room we booked. We were in building 19/20, seemed like an older building that could use some maintenance. Our room was huge and clean but the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool very well. Had to call twice for them to come check it out. The food was good and tons of choices, the market was our favorite. Staff was amazing and helpful. We enjoyed the golf cart rides all over the resort, they came quickly when you called for pickup. Only complaint is that they don’t let Uber onto the property. You have to use their shuttle services or a taxi. It’s $130 to the airport via their shuttle."
