"This is the third Hoshino Resort experience. Expectation was there given the price point this chain is charging compared to other chains. Hoshino always attempts to impress with its settings, however, the garden pool does not show as advertised this time (not certain if they only have the floating lanterns or what during certain season). Regardless, staff are polite and courteous and I found that this time has a major improvement over the cleaning staff (although the property is a bit aged but...
