"The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. "The woman who greeted us upon arrival was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our very spacious, well-designed room looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. And the free breakfast buffet was excellent! The food was hot, and they served a large variety of very tasty food options! The room was quiet outside, of a common hotel issue of loud A/C systems."
