The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way. Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat. The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room. In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews.

Located in a great area. Each villa is quiet and private and has its own pool. The overall condition is excellent. The staff is very friendly and will help accommodate you in any way. The price was good in my opinion, about the same as you would pay in any city hotel in Canada. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice stay at Aleva villa
The staff at Aleva Villa were so welcoming and friendly. They even organised a cake and birthday message on the bed for my partners 30th. They were very helpful when recommending restaurants and organising a taxi for us. The villa was very relaxing and just what we needed. The pool was great and clean. The only downfall we had was the Netflix had too many users at the one time so we could not watch it on a few nights we would have liked. Overall a very good stay and would recommend to others.

Stole money from the safe
great place, clean and wonderful service but all our money had been stolen from the safe. the staff had a master key and opened the safe and took it when we were out. this terrible incident that occurred on the second night of our trip ruined our holiday and was very stressful as we had no money left. never coming back to this villa.

Fantastic villa
Great villa, location is good as it’s close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. There is a complimentary shuttle 3 times a day however it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the main area. There are cafes,mini mart and laundry actross the road. The staff and service was exceptional, friendly and thoughtful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely stay at Aleva again :-)

Séjour de 4 jours à aleva villa.
Accueil magique à l'écoute de nos moindre désir toujours soucieux de nous faire plaisir, villa de charme vraiment très classe, propre et luxueuse. Seul bémol les environs, à plus de 30 minute de la plage à pied car navette indisponible, peu de restaurant à côté des villas, mais nous restons tout de même charmé par notre séjour et votre accueil.

일단 가격이 비싼게 제일큰 단점이지만 직원들이 엄청 친절하고 어떻게든 문제를 해결해 주려고 노력하는게 보여서 기분이 좋았습니다 특가로 일박에 17만원이였는데 수영장 생각보다 사용을 안하니까... 너무 비 효율적인 숙박이였어요 차라리 17만원이면 다른 5성급 호텔들 훨씬 좋은데가 너무 많아서 가격대비 룸 수준은 너무 아쉽습니다 가끔 개미도 보이고 도마뱀도 보이고 자연친화적인 풀빌라에요 풀은 너무작아서 기대 안하시는게 하지만 깊이는 꽤 있어요 해먹도 있구요 안에서 침대에 앉아서 밖을보면 굉장히 예뻐요 빌라바로앞에 편의점이 있는건 편했네요 호텔싫어하시는 분들이 갈만 합니다 조용하고 단둘이서만 휴사식하고싶으시다면 생각해보시고요 화려하고 휘양찬란한 숙소 좋아하시면 비추입니다

Good stay but wouldn’t stay again.
Staffs and their services were amazing, extremely helpful and polite. Villa looks as good as photos, if not bigger. Convenient area. Downsides, pool in villa is extremely dirty(so murky you can’t see the bottom of the pool). Breakfast wasn’t good. And lots of mosquitoes, fruit flies and insects. Floor was really sandy and dusty too.

Accoglienza sorprendente
Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in Aleva villa, zona Sud di Bali vicino all'aeroporto in Denpasar, per una notte soltanto. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era ancora pronta, così il personale ci ha accolto alla reception per il check-in e ci ha offerto una noce di cocco da bere come cocktail di benvenuto. Una volta pronta la camera ci hanno accompagnato gentilmente ad entrare e ci hanno illustrato con scrupolo ogni servizio offerto. Le camere sono davvero spaziose e belle. Ben tenute, ma leggermente sporche per i nostri standard (asciugamani e lenzuola non perfettamente bianche, ma con qualche chiazza gialla o marrone, tazza del bagno con qualche alone di sporco e piscina con qualche foglia galleggiante). Nel complesso l'accoglienza e i servizi offerti sono ottimi (navetta gratuita per alcune destinazioni in orari prestabiliti, colazione in camera oppure in piscina con l'aggiunta di un piccolo supplemento, noleggio auto o scooters con o senza autista, servizio spa, materassino gonfiabile per la piscina, foto ricordo di benvenuto, teli cappello e borsa da mare in prestito, ombrello e servizio deposito bagagli). Nella struttura ci sono due coniglietti adorabili che girano negli spazi comuni dell'hotel, ma a volte possono anche entrare in camera se uno non chiude le porte con attenzione. In base alla nostra brevissima esperienza non possiamo che dire di essere rimasti soddisfatti di tutto specialmente del personale. L'unica nota negativa è la pulizia che va migliorata.

close to the shopping stretch
We really enjoyed our stay at Aleva Villa. It is quiet, secure and is located pretty close to the shopping area. Dewi& Tia went beyond the call the duty to make our stay entremely comfortable. It's one the best villas I've stayed so far in Bali.

Thoughtful and Genuine Staff
We were greeted by smile by Dewi at the front desk very polite, thoughtful and showed us to our beautiful room. Both Dewi and Desi both always had a smile on they faces. At the front were knowledgeable about the restaurants and surroundings and took care in making sure our breakfast is what we wanted each day. The other support staff where just as friendly with welcoming smiles, it was so nice to be treaty so good. All the employees worked well with each other and this makes the difference in our stay.

Absolutely amazing
We stayed at Aleva for 5 nights and it was just amazing! Wishing we had stayed for longer. The whole experience was perfect, the villa, the breakfast, the staff were so friendly.... all 5 star! Can't wait to stay here again one day :)

Amazing Villa & Very Kind Staff
From day one till the last day of our trip, aleva villa have treated us with so much courtesy. They were amazing - the room service during the day followed by a another room service in the evening with a personalized message "goodnight Mr/s....", the flowers, the decorations and the smiles from staff accompanied with their greetings day and night. They go out of their way to help you and make your trip a special one. The rooms were luxurious. The pool was clean and convenient in your own room! The bottles of mineral water offered daily were also appreciated. I loved all aspects of the room. My son Zack will miss you all and i treasure every second i spent at the villa. I hope to visit again some day.

Amazingly Beautiful Private Villa!
Overall, it was an amazing stay! The villa itself is beautiful and the staff are friendly. We recommend you request for villa no. 803 if you want a completely private villa with no buildings overlooking into the villa and is also away from the street noise and powerlines. We'll definitely come back to stay here! We would have rated everything at 5 stars if not for the following few issues: 1. Check-in wait was long even though we emailed them a week in advance of our arrival time. We arrived at 3pm but still had to wait more than an hour for our villa to be ready. 2. Shower & Toilet area, even though they're separated by glass, water from the shower area still flows into the toilet area and drain, so there was always a stagnant puddle of water in the toilet area. Sometimes we had to soak up the water with a towel because there was so much water pooled there. 3. The toilet in our villa got clogged easily and we had to ask the staff to fix it a few times before the issue was resolved. Also, just a couple of points to note: 1. Grab & Uber drivers are not allowed in this area. We were still able to get them to pick us up but they are very nervous about doing so. So if you call a car, be sure to be ready to jump in to the car quickly. 2. Even though room service officially ends at 9pm, we weren't able to put in an order at 8:50pm so we recommend you put in an order well in advance. They do, however have a food delivery option available at the reception.

Aleva Villa - A Great Compact Villa in Seminyak
Aleva Villa is a compact all one-bedroom villa with swimming pool. It is like a terrace concept where one unit is located next to the other just like hotel rooms separated by high wall. They have about 8 units. It has a small lobby for check-in and check out but practical as relaxation should be in the villa itself. Breakfast is delivered to your room based on the selected menu. Services should be excellent as they are serving a small number of guests. They have a shuttle service foc going to certain places one way. The neighbourhood is lacking of anything worth while but a convenient store and a small local restaurant is available nearby. The villa is exactly what is shown on the various websites.It is fairly new about 8 month's old. Massage and laundry service could be arranged with their outsource service provider. The villa does not have washing machine and dryer. Parking can fit in 2 cars, otherwise you may park at the roadside which is not that very busy. Walking to Seminyak Town Square and Seminyak Village is a bit far and it is better to take the blue cab. In-house cooking can be done. Airport pick up and send off can also be arranged. TV channels and wifi speed is excellent.

사진에서 보던 그대로 화이트톤에 깔끔한 풀빌라였어요., 프론트 직원분들도 친절하고, 영어에 능숙하셔서 불편함 전혀 없었습니다. 그런데 위치가 중심가가 아니라 약간 골목을 들어가야 하는 곳이라서 야간에는 다니기가 조금 힘든 위치였어요. 휴식을 위해서라면 조용하고 private 해서 좋습니다^^

Nice Villa
We spent 6 nights at the villa. It was great stay however I would like to propose some opportunities for improvement. 1: Hot water doesn't work continuously. That was not hopeful facility for Japanese guys. 2: Hair dryer was very poor. 3: No free transport service even for some near area. Villa is not so close to downtown as walkable.

De villa is nog mooier en groter dan op de foto! De badkamer is enorm, met een heerlijke regendouche. Vanuit alle kamers kun je het zwembad in, ideaal. Seminyak is 20 minuten lopen of met de taxi ben je er ook zo. Ik kan deze villa zeker aanraden!

heaven tucked away
Fell in love with the staff they were so friendly and accomodating. The bill overall had a very relaxing, home vibe. Not far from the craziness and main part of Kuta. Would recommend 1000 x over.

Very nice Villa and almost perfect.
Stayed for 3 nights for our first stay in a Villa and it was an experience we will never forget. Great staff, terrific food, very clean spa pool, brand new interior and the best bed you will ever sleep on. Thank you to Wira, Agnes and Eca for their fantastic service during our stay. Book this Villa and you will not be sorry you did.
