Hotel was beautiful but because a lot of the area was open planned there were no air conditioning around the hotel. My room was 5 minutes away from the lobby and we had to walk outside to get to the lobby. All corridors were open so there were no air conditioning and the heat hits you as soon as you leave your room. They do provide a buggy for you to get to the lobby. I could not fault the staff. They were always so warm and welcoming. They always greeted you with a friendly smile and always happy to help. All in all the hotel was beautiful. The pools were clean and the water clear. It was convenient to get to the shops and restaurants but wished they could have offered the buggy to the restaurants and shops. As a 5 minutes walk to anywhere in the heat is a feat.

Great location Beach view rooms are perfect with bi-fold doors that open your room right up. Choice of 3 pools (2 of which are no kids, so for quiet dip or stay these are perfect) . Cute flying squirrels in the palm trees, nice cocktail list and 24 hour room service. Pool temperature spot on and very refreshing , infinity edge great Service at the pool is phenomenal they are on you and fixing the chairs straight away. Really great service Sea salt restaurant ok. Not amazing but there are so many restaurants around easy walking distance it doesn’t really matter. Breakfast buffet ok. Does the job Try to get the rooms in the main hotel not the ones down the lane way the ambience is totally different in those ones. Main hotel room much better Spa very nice , went twice . Ask for BALIK she’s amazing !

A very nice resort hotel at seminyak area. Walking distance from nice restaurants. The hotel itself offers very decent food too. We spent a weekend there, it was vibrant but not overly crowded.

Beautiful property in a great location. Checkin was slow and I had asked for it to be setup for our 15th Anniversary, which was forgotten. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and provide great service. The pools are devine and all look aver the beach. However, they close them very early and there is no swimming at all after 7pm. This is very odd for a luxury hotel in a hot climate. Most other hotels we have stayed at have the pools open til 9pm, especially around the bar area. It is secluded and private, but that means its a fair walk to shops and dining. But, we wanted a luxury stay away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast and the service proved by staff was fantastic. Margarita Pizza was the worst pizza we’ve had. Overall nice place to stay.

The staff was very friendly, however make sure you do not get stuck at the 3rd building closest to the street like we did. We could not sleep due to the amount of street noise, especially the homes next to us that had roosters, chickens, birds etc that would make noises at all times. There is a “bridge” you have to take to get to the main hotel where the restaurant and pools are which was very inconvenient. Overall I liked the staff, as they were nothing but friendly but the 3rd building location is terrible. Especially to spend your honeymoon in.

Wonderful location on the beach, perfect for experiencing sunsets. Lovely grounds & pools. Staff are very courteous, happy & helpful. Comfortable beds, luxurious room & bathroom, large thick soft towels, lots of complementary items eg. loofah, make up remover wipes etc. Exercise or yoga classes every morning & cultural activities.

Good location and comfortable room. Staff are friendly. Food and drinks quite expensive but you get good sea view. Convenient to have free buggy ride to main road.

The property is beautiful and modern right on the beach! Almost does not make you feel like you are in Bali, would be nice to have a few more traditional elements. Very close to the busy town but set back enough that you feel away from the craziness. Very convenient location

An ideal hotel in Bali
It was our first time staying at Alila Seminyak. The lobby was very impressive and it has a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The room was very spacious and clean. We love the spacious double sink in the bathroom. And the bed was super big, can even sleep 3 persons. The location is good. We could walk to a few restaurants for our dinner.

80세 부모님과의 가족휴가 최고의호텔
가족여행으로 최적의 호텔이었습니다. 어머니 80세 생일을 코로나때문에 못갔는데, 오랜만의 해외여행이었고 조그마한 생일케잌도 주고 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다. 쿠따지역에서 이틀을 묶었는데 그곳과 비교될만큼 청결과 직원들 위생수준이 최고였습니다. 룸에서 보는 바다전망도최고였으며,너무 좋았습니다. 꼭 다시갈예정입니다.
