Need a lot of repairs inside and out of the room like sliding doors, bathroom smells terrible, swimming pool is dirty, wood floors around swimming needs repair.

The Seri Villa is in serious need of some overhaul; cupboards, shower heads, kitchen utensils, Swimming pool lights, waterfall in garden all need a check. Breakfast is good, The staff preparing it for you at your convenient timing is a very nice element but they might be a bit more Creative on the Indonesian food choices. If it wants to be known as family friendly, as marketed, then it shouldn’t be charging so much for a baby crib (without proper mattress; USD 10/day, in addition to a baby seat at no additional charge but could have been cleaner. The baby seat at the end was thrown in for free though) The staff is excellent, kind, helpful and they deserve to be working in a more vibrant workplace in which they can feel proud of! Expedia should not promote this place as such on their website unless there is proof of real improvement, as indicated above.

I have stayed at these villas on a number of occasions and have always been extremely pleased with the villas and staff. The staff are helpful and could not do enough to help me enjoy my stay. I travel alone and feel extremely safe in these villas.

A nice property in a quiet area, in the back streets. Staff were always helpful. There were a few maintenance issues that we spoke to the management about, and those readily repairable were resolved.

Check-in was rather slow & condition of the room is not up to expectation due to the air conditioning isnt that cold. The open concept toilet is a big no because the other bedroom toilet can view in. There are quite a number of mosquito also. Overall stay is still soso.

We loved our stay at the Seri Villas. Good location as it was far enough away to be quiet but still close. They provide free shuttle into seminyak square and taxis are cheap too. The villa was always cleaned each day and it was just so lovely to come home each night to have your bed all made. Very comfy beds. Having our own pool was absolutely amazing for the kids. Definitely recommend this villa. The revolver coffee shop at the end of the lane is fantastic!

Good Location, Great Staff...

Older villas but well maintained. The staff made the stay as enjoyable as it was - we had free transfers each day (locally) and they even had for me a surprise Birthday cake (after noticing on my passport that it was coming up in a day)!! We got late checkout free of charge and the reception staff made all our bookings for restaurants and massages on our behalf. Living area was good to spread out in, as were breakfasts (included in cost of stay and prepared by staff in our kitchen each morning).

Amazing Villas

The rooms are spacious, open, amazing splash pool, large rooms and very comforable. Location can be a little bit difficult to find, requires a taxi home if you are out at night which was not an issue for us. We highly recommend it. We would recommend the Hotel have beers stocked in the fridge.

Horrible location. Definitely not worth the value paid for this Villa.

My family agreed that this villa spoil our holiday and impression of Bali. We will not go Bali again after this experience. We booked 3 bedroom villa. Due to the open concept, these are what we spot some "visitors" in 2 toilets. On the first night, my brother spotted mouse in his bathroom. On my second day, I spotted mouse trap with a mouse in my bathroom. And on my second night, I spotted 2 geckos in my bathroom. One of the gecko is more than 6 inch long. The pool is too deep for me and my mum. So we didn't enjoy the pool as my mum cannot swim well and I cannot swim as I am pregnant. The villa did provide us with a float for the pool, but the float is faulty and it inflate within an hour. When we complaint, the staff said there is only one float in the whole villa. The sofa in the living room is very dirty and dusty. There are also many mosquitoes in the villa. In order to access the villa, you have to go through a small alley which seems to be unsafe. In the end, wherever we go, we have to hire a cab. Through the villa provide free shuttle service around Seminyak, staff keep mentioning that there is no driver available whenever we travel out of villa. I am disappointed that the staff did not warn us on the limited availability of their vehicle beforehand, else we will had booked a full day Taxi Service instead. Through the website mentioned that the villa is pretty near to the beach, because of the villa location and disappointing transport service provided by villa, we didn't manage to get near to any beach. I do have to give thumbs up to the villa's staff. They are very helpful and friendly. But most of the time, we were asking the staff to catch mouse and geckos. A very tiring and disappointing holiday for my family. It is definitely not worth the value I paid on this villa. I should have booked those 3 bedroom hotel in Bali which is so much cheaper than this 3 bedroom pool villa.

Amazing villa

My partner and i travelled there at the end of June to start of July 2012, we found the villa to be amazing, the type of place you never want to leave. Staff were helpful and accomodating to our requests. The only issue was that because it is located down an alley in Seminyak there is alot of construction happening around, some of which were just over the fence from our villa and quite noisy. Unfortunately this cant be helped. Another issue was the pump (for the pool/water feature i think) it didnt seem to be regulated at all so was always switching itself on and off at various intervals - kind of irratating when you trying to relax by the pool. The villa was the highlight of our stay (and the weather) but in saying that we have never stayed in accomodation like this before so had no expectation/standard. Would DEFINATELY stay there again, and are actually looking into booking there when we come back over xmas with another couple.

The Seri Villas Seminyak

The staff were very friendly, their service could not be faltered. The villa was well presented and comfortable. During our stay the free wifi would cut out. Also the phone didnt work for several days and the TV cut out on several occasions. When these things cut out it was a minimum of halve a day or longer. When we complained we were told that it was the central line that was damaged and that it would be fixed. However family members who were staying near by never experienced the problems we had. In addition one day the power cut out, which cut out the water and we couldnt shower. It was disapointing to pay so much for a private villa and feel like you didnt get your $$ worth. The breakfast menu was limited and disapointing, didnt contain bacon! You can only get fried or scrambled eggs. Your omlette can only have cheese, tomato and onion. Not alot of selection. The mini bar was never stocked up. Be careful, every taxi driver we got in our 2 week stay didnt know where the villas were located! I think this villa is overpriced for what you get. I would not stay here again!

Private luxoury

Very nice "villa" with big private pool. Almost a waste of space, the two bedroom+pool+living room area villa have enough space for more people. Location is not very good, a bit far from Seminyak centre street and further from the beach. Beach closest to location was also closed because of "religious beach strip". Breakfast is cooked in room, whish is nice but it got a bit boring after a few days.

very private and quiet

These villas were tucked away in a small street, difficult to find at first, easy walk to beach but not for shops. Driver available for shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast served in rooms and always clean. Comfortable beds and rooms, a little weathered though. Wouldn't stay again simply due to location, but wouldn't stay in Seminyak again either unless it was on the beach.
