"I've stated a lot of hotels in the past, but it was surely surely was impressed with yours. The room had a kitchen with real plates and silverware, a microwave, a refrigerator a dishwasher, a bathroom with a walking shower, and then in the morning breakfast was served on real plates with real silverware. It was very clean, very nice. I was certainly impressed. I have never found all of the amenities in one place like you have. I didn't get a chance to go outside and use the outside Terrace area....

"The check-in process was absolutely terrible. My Expedia profile do not have my legal name and the name it had was not complete although I had paid for the reservation and provide ID, since it don’t match fully I was referred na l to Expedia to rebook or have name correct! I’ve never had an issue like this and I’ve stayed at 5 start hotels in New York, Vegas, Chicago and more and never experienced Check in like yours. Also, your breakfast is not good. Your eggs have not tase what’s so ever.....

"TV was broken with thick line through screen image. Floor was sticky. Counter top still had cdrink residue . Sheets were wore thin and no longer fit. Mattress is sunkin and uncomfortable. Rooms are not properly insulated. U could hear everything. No coffee pot. If I had my own vehicle I would have left. I was there for 4 nights."

"I stayed in Room 711, I chose a bigger River view corner room suite (1 bedroom & Living area) to make sure I get the best in this historic hotel. Few hours after my arrival, I found out that the AC doesn’t cool the bedroom, the blower barely throws any air in the bedroom. At the same time living area gets colder as the temp setting - 68. I woke up at 2:30am as I was feeling heated and asked the front desk, as I expected the response was - there’s no maintenance at that time. So she noted but...
