Sendai hotel guide. Macdonald Hotels hotel in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture

Super helpful staff

Right at the Sendai main station, neat, clean with a spacious Japanese bathroom. Worth every yen!

I really had a great time for this hotel. Nice room, breakfast, hot springs and last but not least the service. I will book this hotel again if I visit Sendai next time for sure!

Fantastic place for staying

A very nice hotel with great views, it’s not too far from the station and other facilities

A great hotel with the added bonus of beautiful music in the evening. Quiet location a short walk from the station, would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, good location and good, clean amenities

A wonderful stay at a great hotel, at an extremely good price. Extra special thank you to Sato-san and Koike-san for their very kind help with some important paperwork! We're delighted to say they helped us get married in Tokyo a few days later, and wrote us a lovely note too (Thank you Sato-san. Come on your Spurs!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We cannot fault this hotel and would absolutely book again!

Very clean and modern hotel, the staff were very helpful. The only downside to my shorts day was that for breakfast service was not clearly enough labelled as either Japanese or western. Otherwise an excellent hotel I could recommend to anyone.

Location close to outlet mall and in the park area with warm and relax environmental, breakfast was nice

Thank you for pleasurable 3 night stay. What an amazing hotel, fantastic staff very helpful and polite. Very clean, great location for everything, would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent, very clean, all staff polite and helpful, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and nightwear. The breakfast was extensive, the only minor point was that the 'european' food was served cold (bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs)

Pretty helpful staff. Nice and roomy room.
