well , they need improve the pest / insect control in the room . and also need improve the vanity , bathroom pluming , which some water supply line broken , and leaks and water pressure way too low ? but the location be OK , which near airport and Salak Tingui station , which goes to downtown KL and airport terminal 1 & 2 . and block away McDonald and Burgerting and some of local restaurant to enjoy the meal . i was happy to stay this hotel , and location with so reasonable price . thanks .

Positives: The wifi worked well, the AC works great, and the shower has good pressure and the heat adjustment works. The staff/owners are very nice and are available throughout the day so if you have an early flight there is no issue with checking out. There are a couple really good restaurants close by, a speedway that opens at 9am if you need convenience items/drinks right next to the hotel , and it is only a 15-20 minute ride to get to the mall or some other places. It is a good in between spot. close to the airport and close to the city or malls. Great for price. I only have 1 complaints. The seal on the windows needs to be redone/re-caulked. In some areas the seal does not exist. Any time someone would go out front to smoke a cigarette the smell would travel up and into my room and linger for a bit along with the lack of seal being an entryway for ants and other bugs. Keep in mind there is a notice posted next to your room door that informs you that you will be charged if bedding or anything is stained or damaged upon your exit. It does leave a question of what happens if they really wanted to claim you made a stain considering the bedding, towels, and sheets are white which means they can very easily be stained. Buy some napkins/wetwipes for yourself and bring your own towels/bedding/pillow as well if you don't want to take any chances. Remember to carry cash RMB for when you go there to pay the foreigner tax for your stay.

Room was good except for gaps in a window and under the door. The TV was big but had a flickering defect. Wifi was fast and reliable. The hot water and AC were good. The lobby had AC. The staff and “boss” didn’t know what the word “balance” means on an invoice or receipt, so that was weird. The staff was friendly and patient, though.

We paid very little and certainly didn't expect much, but not this little. Minimalist room with a fairly dirty and run-down bathroom. The main problem, however, was the constant noise: there was the humming of the refrigerator, the electrical panel, and every so often a fan that sounded like a helicopter would start up. It was impossible to sleep.

We stayed for 2 nights at S Rose hotel between 5 to 6 May 2025. My experience at this property is at best a quiet retreat. However the security at this property is questionable- on 7.5.25 after we checked out and left for the airport for our flight to Dubai. We discovered that an amount of USD1,000 was missing from document folder in our our bag.which was kept in my hotel room. I reported to the hotel by which time I am not able to do anything as I am on my vacation till end May. As I write this I have not recovered the full amount stolen at S Rose hotel. So beware
