"We stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights and marvelous experiences we had. 1) Staffs are very helpful, and warm welcome all the times. 2) Breakfast was excellent. Various breads, eggs, pancakes, and fruits and vegetables. 3) This hotel is located at Kuta, convenient for shopping, coffees, and jalan jalan. 4) Spa room was very good with valuable prices."

"Fabulous stay. Great food and spacious, clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Laundry service and room service were top notch. If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"

"10/10 absolutely no notes, we loved it and we will be back! The location was stunning, breakfast was delicious, pool area was amazing and loved that there’s a separate one from the beach club. Food options were amazing, especially Dome is a must try, every single dish was unique and delicious."

"I would not stay in deluxe room. I would upgrade because deluxe rooms have no view. I had to pay $15 usd a day for 9 nights to upgrade for garden view. My first room was a blank wall."
