"Our stay at Ki Space and Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing after long days in the parks. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, and everything was well organized and convenient.
One of the highlights was the shuttle service—it was always on time and made getting to and from the parks so easy and stress-free.

"The property was not very clean. The staff was mostly helpful—they were dealing with an unusual heatwave. We were somewhat close to Disney and the metro. Would not be terrible when weather is nice. We did get a fan on the last night of our stay."

"We arrived early and were made to sit in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or restaurant until check in which was 3 hours later (we came early to relax at the pool)
The room was clean but the SHEETS WERE DIRTY.
The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop.
Terrible experience."
