"We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa! My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more accommodation for those with dietary restrictions. That said, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return."

The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions we had. The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay"

"Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and there should be. I stayed at the hotel for 17 days and everything was consistently excellent."
