No one could sleep on that side, so I tried the other side. It was a little better, but still very uncomfortable. I had very little sleep. I plugged in my phone charger next to the bed, and my phone was dead in the morning."

"First of all when we checked in, my husband was informed we'd been put in a "pet room." We did not ask for a pet room, and did not want one, but the hotel clerk said that was what we got. She gave my husband two coupons to use in the bar, restaurant, or gift shop. We immediately noticed a smell when entering the room. Then, a dog began barking down the hall. "Breakfast was ample. Tile in bathroom floor was loose. We got a feeling management is working to cut costs. Room carpet was not well vacuumed, otherwise ok. "

"Manager Dino Patel was very friendly especially at the very late hour we arrived. He even joked with us a little bit on our way out too. His hospitality definitely helped make our trip easier and more relaxing."

"Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....
