"It was a great stay. Staff were very accommodating to my late check in and the room was very clean and up to date. One thing I was a little disappointed was the television was not working, tho I do believe if I were to have asked for assistance it would have been fixed."

"We only stayed one night as a stop on a journey. We were pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was included although we did not use it as we had other breakfast plans.
The room was clean but a bit dated. They did note they were in the midst of a renovation so I am sure things will be great when that is done. The deodorizer they sprayed was a bit too pungent but I noted that to them.
All in all a fine stay."

"I had to leave because the room was filthy and falling apart. The first room we went to has a hole the size of a human in the ceiling and was filthy. The toilet was broken and didn't have a toilet seat. They put us in another room where the front windows was smashed and taped back together. The smell of smoke and mold was so terrible I didn't want my 9 year old son to even sit in the room. We asked for a refund because the rooms were inhabitable for humans and honestly wouldn't keep my dogs in...

"I hate to write, this review but I would want to know this if I was considering booking this problem. We were booked in unit 109 on July 11, 2026 at the Stay Inn (which is the accessible unit on the far left of the Inn). When we entered the unit we noticed 3 large roaches come out from under the bed within 5 to 10 minutes of being there.
