"The air conditioner in our room was not working very well and the room smelled as if it had previously had a fire in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The great part was the man that we see that works there is great and very personable."

"It was the worst experience I’ve ever had; I paid for a week but only stayed one day before leaving and cancelling the rest of the trip because the power in the entire suite would cut out every time I turned on the microwave. Now I’m waiting for a refund. If you have any other option, run away from the Caravelle Resort Tower."

"I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. "AMAZING staff especially the lady that check me in and out. Breakfast, the service was on point when we need towels and wash clothes. Less than 3 minutes each time. Room very clean and bed slept great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my friends and family!!! Thanks Fairfield for making our stay wonderful!"
