Excellent hotel and excellent team / made to feel very welcome , great for business trip as had apartment so good for longer stays .

Great location, ten minutes to nearest subway, lots of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast in hotel was good and for the three days we stayed there breakfast changed each day and the big surprise was free lunch, which we didn’t use and a free evening meal which we only used once as there are so many delicious places and experiences elsewhere, but great offer.

Lovely charming hotel right by the river. Horizon club benefits are great. Only thing to watch out for is that the spa area (steam room, sauna and jacuzzi bath) are segregated.

Fabulous property, staff, service and breakfast. Pure luxury at a very reasonable price. All the hotels we have chosen in China have been great but this outstanding! UK residents for reference.

Hotel has its unique charm with an open courtyard for enjoying a hearty breakfast of eastern and western spread. The staff was exceptionally helpful in their advice and assistance; making my stay exceptionally special. Their assistance in every respect was beyond my expectation. We stayed in Chengdu for a couple of nights on our way to HK and looking back, we wish we stayed longer! We had a great experience at Canopy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jack at the concierge who helped to rush our bags out the hotel at the end of our stay when we were running late for our taxi!
