"No pool"

"The area around the hotel felt safe. little Italy is about a half mile away, plenty of restaurants there. Museums and a park is within walking distance. We stayed in a Suite on the third floor. It was very quiet, no noise from the street or other hotel guests. Eating breakfast in the sunroom was nice."

"I was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. It’s not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all...

"Room was clean, plenty of room to move around, a little mini kitchen with all you would need and refrigerator. There also was a movable table/desk you could use for eating or working."

"Spacious clean room that felt very updated. Front desk staff was very welcoming. But only one elevator was working for a six story hotel and its floor was often wet from kids using the pool. But my chief complaint was breakfast. It runs until 10:00 and we showed up at 9:30 and so much food was already gone. No fruit whatsoever. Practically out of waffle batter. Out of oatmeal and hard boil eggs as well as Greek yogurt. Hot breakfast was very good but no fruit?!"

"Good location for Cleveland clinic and a descent restaurant on the 1st floor"

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes along side 4 other families waiting to check in. The phones were ringing off the hook getting no answer. When the woman finally did return she was short and rude and never even try to apologize to anyone for their wait. We get to the room and there were only 2 little towels. When I asked for more we got attitude and eye rolling. And the whole place smelled like weed. Will not be returning."

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"The room was fine. Friendly Staff. Good restaurant on-site. The brochures of Cleveland and things to do and see should be out in the open not in a drawer. Bathroom nice and clean including the shower and the pressure of water, as well as, the shower head. It is also nice when shower head can separate from its arm. It's awesome that the pool is open all the way to 11pm."

"The rooms were nice, and clean. Would have liked to have microwaves in the rooms. Especially considering I had to order out. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re vegan or plant based.(Bistro) Breakfast ends at 930 am, each meal comes with meat. There wasn’t a non meat substitute and the price didn’t reflect. As far as the Prime Steakhouse, there wasn’t a vegan or plant based option neither. I entered the restaurant and wasn’t greeted, stood there and left. I had to DoorDash food, and leave to get...

"We loved the proximity to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field as well as the proximity to many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at getting complimentary breakfast (which was very good) and complimentary snack like dinners and drinks (max. of 3 each person/night stay, beer and wine only). Water & coffee were available all day and popcorn at late afternoon into early evening. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to catch a Patriots/Browns game."
