There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great."

"The hotel elevator was not working. The vending machines were not working. The first room didn't have hot water..we moved to another room. The breakfast was fair. While at breakfast a horrid smell was present and the staff said the drainage had baked up again.. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again"

"Quick drive to the airport. You can not use their airport shuttle if you book on Expedia or third party app. But other than that it was a nice hotel"

"The hotel is 5 min away from CVG Airport. 3 min away from the highway and 10 min from Hebron. It is well kept. It provides hot breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from. Housekeeping was shorthanded. Meaning beds were not made but, towels and toiletries were changed on a daily basis. Yolanda, the breakfast area server is very friendly and helpful."

"Great place to stay if going to a Reds or Bengals game. Maybe an 8 min walk to both. Would give 5 stars but they unknowingly charged my card for the room when we checked in, even though I specifically mentioned I paid through Expedia. Check your accounts after your stay. Funds were returned. Front desk staff was very helpful."

"My overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again."

"The place was clean and we felt safe. It would’ve been nice to have our room keys open up the side door so we didn’t have to walk aaallll the way around to get back to our room. We enjoyed our stay though. We definitely would return."
